TERMS OF SERVICE.
1. Using Specksy
Specksy is a marketplace where creators list services and digital goods. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy or sell, and you are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish.
2. Listings
Sellers must describe deliverables, delivery time and licence terms clearly. Listings that misrepresent work, resell content the seller does not own, or contain prohibited material may be removed.
3. Orders and delivery
Custom services are delivered according to the selected package. Digital goods are delivered on purchase under the licence stated on the listing.
4. Payments
Checkout is not yet live during this release. When it launches, fees and payout timing will be disclosed before you confirm an order.
5. Conduct
No harassment, spam, fraud, or attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid buyer protection.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced in-app.
