Creator levels.
Every creator climbs 100 levels across 10 tiers. Levels come only from real work on Specksy: orders that were completed and paid out, verified reviews from buyers, and disputes. Nobody can buy a level, and sellers cannot pay for placement.
Level measures experience, not a quality guarantee. A high level means a creator has done a lot of work here; read their reviews and listing before you order.
How XP is earned
- +10for every completed order (paid out, not refunded)
- +1for every €10 of the order's item value (without VAT or fees), up to +50 per order
- +5for every verified review of 4 or 5 stars
- -5for every verified review of 1 or 2 stars
- -20for every dispute resolved against the creator
XP never goes below 0.
Level = √(XP ÷ 25), rounded down, from 1 to 100. Each level needs more XP than the one before: level 10 needs 2,500 XP, level 50 needs 62,500 XP and level 100 needs 250,000 XP.
Only verified reviews count: reviews by buyers of a completed order that were not removed by moderation. A refunded order earns nothing. The order value uses the euro amount recorded when the order was paid. Levels are recalculated every 15 minutes, and they can go down as well as up.
When a creator reaches a new tier, they get a notification. Levels within a tier are shown on their profile and cards as, for example, “Worldbuilder · Lv. 76”.
