Refund Policy.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1. When you can ask for a refund

  • Within 48 hours after an order is completed (for digital goods: when the purchase is delivered; for services: when you accept the delivery or it is accepted automatically), and before the seller's payment is released.
  • For a service that is not yet complete, open a support case on the order instead; you can escalate it to a dispute.
  • If the seller declines your service order, or misses the delivery deadline by 3 days and you cancel, you get a full refund without having to ask.

Typical reasons are files that are broken or missing, content that is not what the listing described, or work that was not delivered as agreed. Having changed your mind is generally not a reason once a download was made available with your consent (see the Terms).

This window is our own buyer protection. It does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer if the digital content or service is not in conformity with the contract; you can raise such a complaint with support@specksy.xyz at any time within the legal period.

2. How a refund is decided

Ask for a refund from the order page and say what is wrong. The seller is told and can add information. An administrator reviews the order, the delivered files or work and the messages, and approves or declines the request. We tell you the decision and the reason.

3. How the money comes back

An approved refund covers the full amount you paid, including the service fee and VAT. It is paid in the same crypto-asset you paid with: to your Specksy balance if you paid from your balance, or back on-chain to the wallet you paid from. On-chain refunds are sent to the sending address of your payment; we cannot send them anywhere else. Because the amount is refunded in crypto-assets, its value in other currencies may differ from when you paid.

Payments that arrive late, for an expired quote or for a closed order are returned the same way. Very large returns may need an administrator's approval before they are sent.
